§ 4.10.050. Applications—Issuance.

Latest version.

All applications for licenses shall be made in writing, signed and sworn to by the applicant, and addressed to the city supervisor and shall contain a statement concerning the time period in which the business will operate. If the city supervisor grants a license to the applicant, the same shall be issued by the city clerk upon payment of the prescribed fee.
