§ 18.70.020. Consolidated appeals.

A.

All appeals of project permit application decisions shall be considered together in a consolidated appeal.

B.

Appeals of environmental determinations under SEPA, (Chapter 2.52 of this code), or appeals of decisions in which a SEPA determination and any other project permit application determination have been consolidated, shall proceed as provided in said Chapter 2.52.
