§ 18.70.010. Appeals of administrative decisions.

A.

Administrative decisions addressed by this section include the following:

1.

Decisions of the zoning and subdivision administrator regarding the application and interpretation of the subdivision and zoning ordinance;

2.

A decision to approve, approve with conditions or deny a Class I review pursuant to UGMC Chapter 17.12;

3.

A decision to approve, approve with conditions or deny a qualified exemption pursuant to UGMC Chapter 16.10 or short plat pursuant to UGMC Chapter 16.12.

B.

The hearing examiner shall consider appeals of administrative decisions. The decision of the hearing examiner shall be the city's final decision on the matter.
