§ 9.28.150. Penalties.

Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a civil infraction with a civil penalty of two hundred fifty dollars per violation per day.

It shall be a twenty-five-dollar civil infraction for any person to impede service access to any mailbox, as defined in Section 9.28.030(9).
