§ 9.04.010. Washington Model Traffic Ordinance—Adoption by reference.

(a)

The "Washington Model Traffic Ordinance," Chapter 308-330 WAC, is adopted by reference as the traffic ordinance of the city as if set forth in full.

(b)

For purposes of the Washington Model Traffic Ordinance, which has been adopted by the city, the public works director shall perform the duties of traffic engineer.
