§ 8.13.020. Prohibited within city.

Massage parlors are prohibited anywhere within the city; provided, that a massage practitioner may perform massage for a fee if such massage practitioner:
(a)

Holds a current and valid massage license under RCW 18.108.030;

(b)

Has filed a current copy of his/her state massage license with the city clerk, and posted a copy conspicuously at the location where the massage is performed; and

(c)

Holds a current and valid city business license.
