§ 8.10.060. Urinating in public.
Latest version.
A person is guilty of urinating in public if that person urinates in any place open to public view. Urinating in public is a misdemeanor crime which shall be punished by imprisonment of not more than ninety (90) days, or by a fine in an amount not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or both such imprisonment and fine.
