§ 8.06.070. Fighting in a public place.

No person shall fight, or encourage others to fight in any public place in the city. A violation under this provision is a misdemeanor crime which shall be punished by imprisonment of not more than ninety (90) days, or by a fine in an amount not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or both such imprisonment and fine.
