§ 5.04.160. Commercial garbage removal.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to collect, pick up or otherwise remove rubbish or garbage from any residence or business or other location within the town, on a commercial basis, unless that person, firm or corporation has contracted with the town to provide these services.
