There is created the criminal justice fund, No. 123, into which fund shall be deposited all receipts received by the city from the State Treasurer pursuant to RCW 82.14.330. Funds in this account shall be used for criminal justice purposes as authorized and defined by RCW 82.14.330. This fund shall be maintained by the city treasurer.
