§ 3.52.010. Specific fees to be collected.

The police chief is authorized to set reasonable fees for police department services relating to fingerprinting, records checks, concealed weapons permits, bicycle licensing, copy costs, and similar services and costs. The police chief shall file with the city clerk a fee schedule itemizing the service and its fee. Such fees shall be collected by the police department for the indicated service.
