The following fees are established for cases filed in the city municipal court:

Breath test:	$125.00
Court costs:	55.00
Jury demand (civil):	100.00
Jury cancellation fee:	500.00
(within 48 hours of trial)
Public defender (minimum):	80.00
Probation fee (per month):	55.00
Warrant fee:	100.00
Witness fee:	.28
(mileage plus hourly rate)
Jail room and board (per day):	50.00
Conditional release (per month):	25.00
Day detention (per day):	20.00
Work crew (per day):	30.00
