§ 1.01.150. Intent to preserve immunities.

It is the intent of these ordinances to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the general public only. It is not the intent of these ordinances to create any private cause of action upon the city's failure of any duty set forth herein, nor is it the intent of these ordinances to create any special relationship, reliance, privity, or other exception to any governmental immunity, including the Public Duty Doctrine, enjoyed by the city of Union Gap.
