§ 15.24.010. Location and parking restrictions and time limitations.

Mobile homes may be located on private lots in the R-1 and R-2 zones within the mobile home overlay area if their placement and location conforms to all requirements of Chapters 15.08 and 15.28 of this title; provided further, that mobile homes may be located on private lots in commercial and industrial zones within the mobile home overlay by conditional use permits issued pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 17.56.
