§ 14.08.010. Authority designated.

The development coordinator of the city of Union Gap is authorized and designated as the official responsible for the enforcement and administration of this title. The development coordinator may designate employees to act on his behalf. The use of the terms "building official," "administrative authority" and similar such terms as contained in this title and in various uniform codes and standards adopted by reference under this title shall be construed as referring to the development coordinator of the city of Union Gap and his designees.
