§ 13.13.020. Distance of combustible materials from structures.

All stacks of combustible material shall be at least fifty (50) feet from any building, loading dock or other wood frame structure; provided, however, that distance may be reduced to no less than thirty (30) feet from a structure of masonry construction where no building exits or windows face the stacking area.
