§ 12.08.030. Due date—Delinquency charge.

All of the foregoing rates and charges for sewage disposal service and any and all charges which may be fixed hereafter for such service shall be paid on or before the tenth day of the month for which the billing for such sewage disposal service was rendered, and if not so paid shall be delinquent on said date and shall bear interest at the rate of eight percent per year from thirty (30) days after the date of delinquency until paid.
