§ 12.04.080. Mobile homes and house trailers served by one meter.

In the case of mobile homes and house trailers, whether they are located in courts, cabin camps or private premises, or elsewhere, the charge for water service shall be made against the individual to whom water service is supplied on the premises upon which such mobile home or house trailer is situated. In the event there are multiple mobile homes or house trailers located in a court, cabin camp, private premises or elsewhere and those mobile homes or house trailers are served by one meter, then the charge for water service shall be made against the person or party who has applied for and signed for water service for the premises.
