§ 12.04.040. Utility deposit.

A utility deposit in the amount of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) shall be paid by applicants for city water service when the premises to be served, whether residential or business, is to be occupied or used by a renter or lease holder. A combined utility (water/sewer/garbage) deposit in the amount of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) shall be paid by applicants for the same when the premises to be served, whether residential or business, is to be occupied or used by a renter or lease holder.
