§ 11.28.050. Violation—Penalty.

In addition to any other cost, the failure or refusal to remove personal property from the city right-of-way in accordance with this chapter shall be a misdemeanor crime which shall be punished by imprisonment of not more than ninety (90) days, or by a fine in an amount not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or both such imprisonment and fine.
