§ 11.28.030. Notice.

The city shall notify persons violating this provision to remove all illegally situated property within three days, or immediately if the violation, in the judgement of the police chief, constitutes an immediate danger to public health or safety. The person(s) with dominion and control over the land immediately adjacent to the right-of-way shall be deemed to be in violation.
