§ 10.04.020. Decision grievance—Appeal.

Any person aggrieved by a decision of the park board may appeal the decision to the city council in the same manner as an appeal under Chapter 8.20 of this code. The petition for appeal must be filed in writing with the city clerk within ten business days of the oral or written decision of the board, whichever occurs first. The provisions of Sections 8.20.080 through 8.20.140 shall apply to such appeals. The council will have the final decision on all appeals.
